Ben Croudace set up private practice in January 2000 and has been providing quality home designs to the Perth market ever since.
We have a great system and conglomerate of expertise, that operates out of a central hub at our Claremont Studio.
We have refined this system over the years to give quality service and value for money both in the design itself and the actual building. We are here to help you maximise the value of your property and to maximise the quality of your living spaces.
Ben Graduated with honours from Curtin University in 1995. He has grown up with architecture in the family, it is in his blood.
We have looked at solving house design problems for all manner of situations - young family, newly weds, baby boomers, empy nesters, bachelor pads and regular family houses.
This has enabled us to hone in on what matters for each particular client, including planning for future house requirements.
It is only over the years of solving many different design problems that we have come to see a lot of these individual ideosyncracies and requirements.
